Contrary to the title of this post, I didn't have my Easter brunch at Buvette, but the thought of having these light, fluffy steamed eggs with a side of proscuitto on Easter is just perfect. Buvette is a tiny cafe nestled on a quiet street in Greenwich Village. Their food is simple and fresh, if only I could have breakfast and lunch there daily!
